What we collect

When you request a market appointment we collect your name, store name, city and state, mobile phone number, email address, the market you picked, your preferred day and time, the labels you want to see, and anything you type in the notes field. If you arrived from an ad we also store the click and campaign identifiers in the link you followed, such as gclid and utm values. When you apply for a wholesale account we collect your business details and resale tax identifier so we can verify you are a retailer.

Why we collect it

We use it to confirm your appointment, to prepare the line for your visit, to answer you by text or email, to verify trade credentials before showing wholesale pricing, and to understand which advertising brings boutique buyers to the showroom. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with data brokers.

Who sees it

Shane Schagrin and, when needed, the showroom staff who prepare appointments. Appointment records are stored in our private administrative area, which only showroom administrators can open. Email delivery and site hosting providers process your details only to deliver our messages and run the site.

How long we keep it

Appointment requests are kept while your account is active with the showroom, and otherwise for up to three years, so we can pick up where we left off next market.

Requesting a copy or a deletion

Email shane@shopacuriouseye.com with the email address you used and we will send you a copy of what we hold or delete it, normally within seven business days. You can also call (786) 234-9854. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect appointment confirmations you asked for.

Cookies, storage and advertising measurement

We use your browser's local and session storage to keep you signed in, to remember your cart, and to hold ad campaign identifiers until you submit a form.

This site also loads the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies and sends Meta the pages you view on this site, along with two actions: requesting a password link and setting a password. We use it only to measure and improve the ads that bring boutique buyers to the showroom. We do not send Meta your name, email, phone number or order details. You can limit this by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, by using your device or browser tracking controls, or through your Meta ad settings. Email shane@shopacuriouseye.com and we will stop measuring your visits on request.
